Joseph John-James Rogan, better known as Joe Rogan, Little Rogan, or Billion Clinton[1], is a media personality and former Prime Minister in the Republic. A former member of King Von's Grey Wolves, and founder of said party, he accepted the political amnesty, and as a result is retired from politics. He now runs his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience, full time, although the publication is considered inactive[2].

Before the Republic

Rogan grew up in Liberty City, in the United States. Not much is known about his early life, but he was known for being a comedian. Eventually after both of his parents were killed by the Obama Cartel in a horrific Obama accident. He then learned that he had Republican Citizenship, so he moved to Republic City, seeking a fresh start, as a young adult.[3]

Republican Guard Era

Rogan proceded to arrive to the port of Republic City by boat. The Republican Guard immiedately offered all immigrants education as soon as they left the boat, at the Republican Military Academy if they signed a contract promising ten years of military service after graduation. Rogan signed then went to his new dorm.

At the Republican Military Academy, Rogan completed a dual degree program in Communications and Metaphysics, achieving a BA and BS. He was chosen for the Republican Special Military Intelligence Service due to his high grades and eagerness to work, as well as his Ohio Skibidi Rizz, which was already showing at this young age. He accepted to work at this branch for a trunicated service period of three years.

Throughout his education, Rogan was known to be very passionate for liberal causes, joining debate teams and the youth wing of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP). He became known as Billion Clinton by his classmates, who said that he was "a billion times as liberal as the Clintons". Rogan later denied this, saying that the nickname was made up by his political opponents and that he was not nearly as liberal as he is often depicted[3]. He was invited to speak at many events throughout his education, mostly for the DPP. As a reward for his Liberalism and Progressive speeches, the Saudi Family gave him citizenship.

As an Agent in the 3rd Attachment of the Republic City branch of Agents, he infiltrated both the Pragmatism and Reunification parties and shut them down from the inside.

During his time at the Military Academy and in Service, he started recording episodes of the Joe Rogan Expierence, which exponentially gained popularity[3].

Independent Media Mogul Era

Rogan immiedately hit the ground running with media career when his military service was up, reaching 5 trillion viewers[3] on his first post-military episode, interviewing Tsai Ing-wen about her newly formed cabinet. He was still largely known as Billion Clinton at the time[1], and was a registered DPP voter. He notably interviewed Elon Musk in an epside that gained over 2,094 Quintillion views in one second[3].

Uhouh - that will be one million dollars.
Meme made to be critical of the Rogan-United Healthcare deal.

Due to his shocking popularity, he was able to sign a contract with United Healthcare to give them exclusive streaming rights, for 1 Million Dollars. This deal was the start of his independent wealthiness, and would give him the funds he used to later enter politics[4].
