  The Gray Wolves movement started after Chiang Kai-Shek, Ibn Saud, and Hunter Biden concluded that a new party that stays to the center, gets a large amount of funding, and offers an “alternative” to the people of the Republic, could possibly break an entrenched political system and maybe even win a majority. None of these people were interested in this venture, but it stuck with Chiang.
